Mindfulness-based Life Coaching

Breathwork is an ancient practice that allows us to connect deeply with ourselves, offering healing and transformation for the body, mind, and spirit. In moments of overwhelm, our breathing patterns can change, trapping unprocessed emotions in our bodies. Through Conscious Connected Breathing, you’ll learn to reclaim your breath, release stored energies, and begin the process of healing.

This practice invites you to return to yourself — to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner vitality. By simply being present with your breath, you’ll experience a powerful transformation, bringing greater clarity, healing, and authenticity into your life.

I am honoured to facilitate transformative programmes at Embercombe, a 50-acre rewilding estate on the edge of Dartmoor alongside Mac Macartney, an international speaker, writer, eco-peace advocate, and activist. In these programmes. I weave my skills as an embodiment practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and coach to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery, connection, and purposeful living.

Here, amidst the beauty of nature, we explore the wildness both within and around us. Through carefully designed programmes, courses, and events, we guide participants on a journey of self-discovery, equipping them with practical skills, deeper self-awareness, and a profound connection to nature and community.
